Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on AX3sonic.com—including subscriptions, membership upgrades, private podcast access, or other services—are non-refundable. By using our platform, you agree that all payments are final and non-reversible, except where required by law.

2. Renewals and Upgrades

Automatic renewals and plan upgrades are not eligible for refunds. It is your responsibility to manage, downgrade, or cancel your subscription before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue the service.

3. Clear Disclosure of Features

We have clearly listed all platform features and plan options on their respective pages. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the features and limitations of the service. Refund requests based on misunderstanding or expectations beyond what is explicitly stated will not be honored.

4. Grounds for Refusal of Refunds

AX3sonic may refuse or cancel a refund request for any of the following reasons:

  • Fraudulent or manipulative claims, such as demanding features we did not advertise or attempting to exploit refund policies.
  • Requests for non-existent features, not outlined in any official documentation or sales page.
  • Accidental purchases, including membership plans or digital content bought by mistake or on behalf of others.
  • Activation already completed, such as if access credentials or services have already been issued and used.
  • Third-party or employee misuse, where purchases were made by someone with authorized access to your billing method.
  • Failure to cooperate with support, such as refusing to provide access to your account when necessary to resolve a technical issue.
  • Using refunds to bypass trials, including subscribing to gain temporary access and then requesting a refund.
  • Discounted or promotional plans, which are explicitly non-refundable.

5. Digital Product Nature

By purchasing access to content or features on AX3sonic, you acknowledge that you are obtaining non-tangible digital goods. Once access is granted, these cannot be returned, and refunds cannot be processed.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days at sonichelp@ax3sonic.com. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension and collection efforts.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, third-party outages). These are not grounds for refunds.

8. Enterprise Plans

For corporate or enterprise users under contract, the terms of the signed agreement override this general policy.

9. Governing Law and Arbitration

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, specifically Warren County. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to binding arbitration in Warren County, New Jersey. You waive any right to bring claims in court or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AX3Sonic, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of this policy, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
